Breakfast: one hard boiled egg and 1/4 avocado; coffee with vanilla and cream
Lunch: leftover mediterranean chicken skillet; cottage cheese
Snack: hummus with carrot sticks; raspberries
Dinner: tomato and basil egg cups; bacon
