Day 2

I survived the first day. That’s always the easiest one though, isn’t it? On day one you are just so full of excitement and dedication to your menu.

 

Today’s Menu

Breakfast: one hard boiled egg and 1/4 avocado; coffee with vanilla and cream

Lunch: leftover mediterranean chicken skillet; cottage cheese

Snack: hummus with carrot sticks; raspberries

Dinner: tomato and basil egg cups; bacon
